Tina

My name is Martina Karlsson and I'm mostly called Tina. I'm 41 years old and I now live in Onsala together with my fiance David, and our two cats Lakrits (Liquorice) and Sisco. I was born and raised in Halmstad, and that city will always be dear to me. I've studied Optional Informatics at Halmstad University, and now I work as a systems developer in Kungsbacka.

Music

Roxette has been my favourite group for many years, and they will probably remain that. There's nothing better than Gessle's wonderful creations =) But I do listen to other artists as well, there's not much music that I don't like. I'm very weak for 80's music. Other things I listen to are pop, rock, synth pop, EBM, symphonic metal and eurodance. I especially like synth and other electronica. Some artists worth mentioning are S.P.O.C.K, Apoptygma Berzerk, Covenant, Depeche Mode, Juno Reactor, Funker Vogt, And One, and Blutengel. If you have Spotify you can check out some of my playlists.

Interests

In my spare time I spend quite some time at the computer, and I read a lot of blogs about makeup and nail polishes. And then I spend some more time to do all the shopping =) One of my biggest hobbies is to make images with Poser, this I have a separate site for. Feel free to visit roxcat's poser pages. I also draw and photograph from time to time, those creations I've put up on this site. Programming and web development is also a big interest, but nowadays I mostly do that at work.

I think of myself as a collector. I may not have a lot within each category, but if you collect a little of everything you end up with a lot of stuff! Here are some examples of things that have moved in with me throughout the years:

roxcat?

Where does the name roxcat come from? As I wrote earlier I'm a big fan of Roxette, and cats have always been among my favourite animals. By combining these I came up with the name that I've used on the Internet since the beginning of this millenium.
